Fitting
How long does installation take?
About 2–5 hours, depending on the product and vehicle
Do I need to modify my vehicle?
It depends on the vehicle and product. Ask us on LINE before ordering
Can I install it myself?
Yes. With home delivery or ship to depot you install it yourself, and the store is not liable for installation damage · If you want our technicians to fit it, choose “Pick up and fit at our centre” Same price

Made to order in 7–14 days.
How long is delivery?
3–5 days after payment (in-stock items) · Nationwide delivery in Thailand · Shipping by location
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong model?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed for the wrong vehicle · Not sure? Ask before payment
Can I pay by credit card?
For now we accept bank transfer and PromptPay, full amount only

Warranty
How long is the warranty?
1 year from the manufacturer, repair or replacement as appropriate · Excludes damage from incorrect installation, floods, fire, accidents or misuse
What documents do I need for a claim?
Proof of purchase (transfer slip / receipt) and return the item in its original packaging
Can I exchange a defective item?
If the defect is from manufacturing, it can be repaired or replaced as appropriate
