12-month manufacturer warranty from the purchase date

What is covered

Bars and 4x4 accessories are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from purchase. If a defect is found within this period, the manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge.

Important: Items must be installed by a 4x4 specialist or a mechanic following the recommended procedure. Damage from incorrect installation is not covered.

How to claim

1. Tell us on LINE 4x4thai with your order number, photos and details of the problem
2. Prepare proof of purchase (transfer slip / receipt)
3. Send the item back in its original packaging to our centre: 46/19 Moo 3, Ban Bueng, Chonburi 20170 (customer pays shipping)
4. The manufacturer inspects it, then repairs or replaces it

Freight, removal and refitting costs are not covered and are considered at the manufacturer's discretion once a defect is confirmed.

Not covered

• Incorrect installation
• Submersion, floods, fire, natural disasters, accidents
• Misuse or neglect
• Modified products, or use on modified / non-recommended vehicles
• Use in competition without the manufacturer’s permission
• Out of warranty, or no defect found (returned at the customer’s cost)

Before fitting, check you have the correct part for your vehicle. Ordering the correct part is the buyer's responsibility.
